The scientists of tomorrow are turning out for the World Science Festival Brisbane. The event is drawing huge crowds take a look at some of its most popular attractions.
The World Science Festival Brisbane (WSFB) stands as a revered celebration of science, innovation, and creativity, ranking as the largest event of its kind in Australia. Originating in New York in 2008 under the guidance of esteemed physicist Professor Brian Greene and Emmy award-winning journalist Tracy Day, its exclusive licensing for the Asia Pacific region is held by the Queensland Museum Network (QMN).
From March 15th to 24th, 2024, luminaries from the global scientific community will converge to illuminate the beauty, intricacy, and significance of science through a rich tapestry of diverse programming and discussions.
Moreover, scientists, curators, researchers, and conservators from the Queensland Museum will delve into their archives to unveil captivating specimens and offer insights into the natural and cultural history of Queensland.
Attendees will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in interactive scientific experiences, witness the rare spectacle of loggerhead turtles hatching, explore the intersection of science and art, and much more!
