Reptile experts are urging people to take extra care this Spring as snake season begins. Catchers in South-East Queensland have reported more than a dozen call outs a day for snakes with sightings in backyards, childcare centres and parks. And some can be dangerous. Last September 56 people were bitten across Queensland. Almost double that number were bitten the following month.
