Victoria Police Assistant Commissioner David Clayton has warned in the coming days, Victoria will see some of the “largest evacuations we’ve ever seen,” as most of the town in Rochester has become inundated, causing grave concern for neighbouring areas as torrents of water from multiple rivers converge.
